Community Development Department and the City Attorney are requesting an appointment of Special Magistrate, Mr. Bruce Jolly (resumé attached) to conduct the City’s Code enforcement proceedings. |

Description of Action |
|
The City conducts a Code Enforcement hearing with a Special Magistrate on the first Thursday of every month. The City’s agreements, with two (2) Special Magistrates, are on a rotating basis to ensure availability. Mr. Gordon Linn, one of the Magistrates has recently retired from service and his position now needs to be filled. The City’s other Special Magistrate, Mr. Mark Berman will continue to provide services.
